The first Public Drop-In Information Session was held on Saturday 22 September. The drop-in session provided the community with the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the Urban Design Principles and the Priority Social Community Infrastructure which had been prepared by the CRG and existing tenants onsite prior to commencing work on a revised masterplan.
A Draft Local Character Statement has been prepared by Arup for Mirvac Projects Pty Ltd and the landowner of East Carrington Road site. The purpose of this document is to provide a detailed assessment of the existing character of East Carrington Road and the adjacent administrative areas that fall within the study area catchment. The document captures, through qualitative and quantitative assessments, the nodes that have contributed to the rich tapestry of the study area and in doing so, provide guidance to Mirvac Projects Pty Ltd and the landowner.
An Interim Consultation Outcomes Report has been prepared by Ethos Urban for Mirvac Projects Pty Ltd and the landowner of East Carrington Road site. The purpose of this document is to provide a detailed summary of community engagement outcomes at East Carrington Road in 2018. The document captures key points raised from the Community Reference Group with an overview of actions taken so far and future actions committed to from Mirvac Projects Pty Ltd and the landowner.
